Abstract
R. v. Consett Justices ex parte Postal Bingo Ltd
We wish to remove a false impression which may have been inadvertently conveyed by a passage in the above case on page 99 of our April issue where it was stated that “the clerk had gone beyond his duties” in respect of certain incidents. In fact the Court held that the Clerk to the Consett Justices had properly exercised his duties throughout.
