Abstract
The interaction of fatigue-creep in unnotched graphite/epoxy laminates, T300/5208 (±45°)2 s , was investigated in terms of fatigue life. The holding time of 150 seconds with the peak load in the fatigue test was adopted to produce fatigue-creep interac tion. The number of fatigue cycles between the holding times depending on the peak loads was changed. The fatigue retardation was observed at the peak loads of 130 and 112 MPa. The fatigue acceleration was observed at the peak loads of 158 and 149 MPa. The maxi mum loads and loading histories were the controlling factors for the fatigue-creep inter actions.
