Abstract
The combination of 3D printing technology and pre-impregnated continuous fiber reinforced composites (PICRC) has led to the birth of PICRC 3D printing technology. In the actual PICRC 3D printing process, it is found that the existing PICRC 3D printing head is easily blocked during the compensation wire feeding process, which greatly reduces the success rate of printing. In this paper, the mechanism of PICFRCF 3D print head clogging is analyzed, and the method to solve the problem is explored, which is to adopt appropriate transition length
