Abstract
In a sense, Raymond V. Lesikar is the author of these articles that follow. He spearheaded the work to have communication dealt with for the first time as a major topic at a meeting of the sholarly arm of the AMA, the Academy of Man agement. Lesikar is Chairman of the Department of Management at LSU, a Fellow and Past President of ABCA, and author of many books and articles.
