This article describes a team teaching technique used in executive programs at
the University of Southern California. After a series of lectures, groups are formed
to make presentations about hypothetical companies. Then each instructor in a
team, focusing on his particular discipline, offers constructive criticism and evalu
ation. Response from participants has been excellent.
