Abstract
Quality is a wide-ranging and active concept conceived differently by different people. This article tries to establish the concept from the viewpoint of the learners. The article describes the construct based on five attributes, namely, content validity, reliability, fairness, engagement and motivation, and consequential relevance as perceived by the learner which social work, being a new discipline, urgently needs. The study employed a mixed research method whereby undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Department of Social Work in The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS) were selected using convenience sampling. The article will be useful for the administrators and the faculties in enhancing the quality of social work education.
