Novel technique for automatic measurement of the frequency characteristics of linear systems
A method is described for measuring and calculating the phase angle and magnitude of the harmonics corresponding to a periodic signal. The implementation of this method requires only simple basic mathematical operations and can be easily implemented in microcomputer- or microprocessor-based real-time systems. The proposed method can be easily used for measuring the frequency characteristics of linear systems.
