PSPICE modelling of photovoltaic arrays
A detailed model of a photovoltaic array written in PSPICE is presented in this paper. The powerful graphics post-processor that accompanies the software program is used to display array characteristics as a function of certain parameters such as insulation and temperature. Advantages include model capability to incorporate data taken from any commercially available solar panel. This is demonstrated in detail through a simple example.
