‘People and Systems’: an exercise in student participation
When a course is revised and its relevance, quality and effectiveness are reviewed, the role to be played by the students themselves should not be overlooked. This paper argues that a seminar programme where the students themselves have to play an active role in its preparation and presentation provides an effective mechanism for knowledge transfer.
