Pre-university engineering education and the possible effects of the national curriculum in the U.K.
This paper describes the author's experience of pre-university engineering education and discusses the particular problems associated with electrical topics. It further discusses the possible effects on these schemes of the National Curriculum attainment targets and Programmes of Study in science in the U.K.
