Real-time processing for rotor-angle and rotor-speed signal estimation in noisy environment
The paper discusses the hardware and software designs to improve the precision of transducers for real-time rotor-angle and rotor-speed small-signal measurements under noisy conditions. Advantage is taken of the spare processing power in microprocessor-based digital controllers to achieve design simplicity and economy. The signals are estimated with minimum delay.
