Looking into the Future of Electrical Engineering Education: An Assessment and Prediction of Trends in Developing Countries

Abstract

Engineering education in Tanzania is conducted by the faculty of engineering at the University of Dar-es-Salaam, and by the two technical colleges, in Dar-es-Salaam and Arusha. It is felt that a project-oriented curriculum including business management and organisation will be the ultimate solution for Tanzania and for developing countries in general.
