Analysis on the problems faced by non-general language talent reserve project

Abstract

Under the current economic development situation, “One Belt and One Road” is a development strategy highly emphasized by the countries along the “One Belt and One Road” route including Chinese Government. This strategy involves the strength development and enhancement of multiple hardwares, including economic cooperation, international trade, and infrastructure construction. Meanwhile, it also involves the enhancement of software strength, including talent cultivation and reserve, culture inheritance and advocation, policy formulation and implementation. Wherein talent reserve is the important basis, especially under the background of great integration of economy and culture, the non-general language talent cultivation and reserve project is crucial. This paper analyzes the problems existed in the non-general language talent cultivation and reserve under the background of “One Belt and One Road” and puts forward countermeasures.
