Abstract
On Tuesday 20 May, approximately 17 members and guests from the West of Scotland section attended an event hosted by Stewart MacFarlane and EDF Energy at Hunterston B Power Station, Ayrshire.
Stewart and his team, including his boss, gave a short presentation prior to an excellent site tour around the nuclear plant and control room simulator. The tour guides’ knowledge of the site and their enthusiasm during the tour really was outstanding. The West of Scotland would like to thank Stewart and his team for their hospitality.
