Abstract
The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ir Raymond Kin Sek Chan as the 39th President for Session 2013/2014 at the HKIE’s 38th Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2013. Ir Chan was elected Vice President in 2010. An HKIE Fellow, Ir Chan has served in the Executive, the Council and a number of leading positions in various Boards and Committees, Division Committees, Discipline Advisory Panels and Task Forces and has made a significant contribution to the development of the Institution.
