Allergic pulmonary aspergillosis commonly is treated with corticosteroids, which may, however, lead to immunosuppression and consequent problems in the presence of other infections. This paper reports two cases of pulmonary aspergillosis in which a successful alternative treatment was the use of aerosolized nystatin.
