Abstract
Computer systems with expanded features and functions and mechanical dispensing devices are making medication systems safer and more efficient and increasing the productivity of pharmacy operations. Hospital pharmacy managers have many questions about computer systems and automation devices. This bimonthly column will alternate between an up-to-date comparison of computer systems and articles about automated dispensing systems.
