In the original version of this article, the abstract incorrectly referenced the drug concentration for apixaban as 2.5 mg/mL.
The correct concentration is 0.25 mg/mL. The abstract was the only part of the article affected by this error, and all other references to the concentration within the article are accurately stated as 0.25 mg/mL.
The online version of this article has been corrected to reflect the correct concentration within the abstract.
