PERSUADING people to change their sexual behaviour is tricky, especially if they believe they are afforded some protection against Aids by virtue of not being members of so-called high risk groups. This article argues that the problem is excerbated by the fact that the 'safer sex' message has so far seemed irrelevant to most of the population.
