Abstract
THE Health Education Council and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine are working towards the establishment of a health promotion development centre. The centre's aims will be to develop curricula and strategies for health promotion, with a target group of people working in primary health care, community medicine, management in the health and social welfare services, and those who formulate and implement policy.
