A FOUR year retrospective study into the possible effect of a substantial health education programme prom oting the home safety of drugs showed a significant change in admissions of drug overdosage to the hospital.
Though the programme was based on the prevention of accidental poisoning in children and the elderly, it also showed a significant drop in other age groups.
