THE campaign sponsored by the Health Education Council and called 'Look After Yourself!' was initiated during the academic year in which the Southampton College of Higher Education was running a 'Fitness for Fun' course.
It was thought that it might prove a valuable exercise to compare the progress of a small group of women on the course who could be subjected to the exercise programme with that of a control group of women from the secretariat of the college.
