Monsieur André Isambert, President of L'École des Parents et des Éducateurs. Paris, was a guest speaker at the C.C.H.E.'s Annual Conference in January, 1962. Monsieur Isambert gave the following account of the activities and approach of his organisation, which is described as the National Centre for Family Education.
