Abstract
The data for this contribution are taken largely from the materials, compiled for the World Association for Public Opinion Research by the Instituut voor Perswetenschap aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, under the so-called Poll Index Project. Of course WAPOR cannot be held responsible for the interpretation of the data. The source for the present items were the surveys held for the U.S. High Commissioner in Germany by DIVO, Frankfurt/Bad Godesberg.
