Abstract
Globalisation has drawn mixed reactions. Some found it a boon, others a curse. This paper aims to highlight some of the issues concerning globalisation and the developing countries. It further concentrates mainly on the negative impact of globalisation affecting the developing countries. In essence, it deals with the issue of income distribution between the developed and the developing countries, discusses the issue of movement of terms of trade and focuses on the international regime of intellectual property rights and transfer of resources from the developing countries to the developed countries.
