Abstract
Origen’s concept of the Logos can bridge the gulf between creation and redemption. Through the Logos, this world, formed instantaneously and characterized by the variability of matter, is linked with the eternal Wisdom. Origen sees creation as the imposing of order on chaos, with humanity a microcosm reflecting the macrocosm.
