The factor structure of the revised Attitude Toward Mainstreaming Scale was reevaluated. The scale was developed to measure attitudes toward the integration of students with disabilities into regular classrooms. Subjects were 229 undergraduate education majors. Factor analytic procedures yielded a different factor structure than that reported in previous validation studies. Implications of the findings for the use of the Attitudes Toward Mainstreaming Scale in studies of mainstreaming are discussed.
