The Personality Research Form (PRF) was administered to 118 ski instructors. Twelve of the 21 scales were significantly correlated with non-test variables, such as age, amount of education, number of years teaching experience, and teaching effectiveness. The relationships met a priori expectations, given theoretical and experiential knowledge of these variables and constructs. The data were cited as evidence contributing to the construct validity of the PRF.
