This paper describes a computer program which performs a randomization test called the t'-test. Formally known as Fisher's Test of the Difference Score Population Symmetry About Zero, this test is appropriate when a matched-group t test would be appropriate but the data cannot meet the required distributional assumptions. The data must, however, be at least interval level.
