A Large Sample Procedure for Testing Coefficients of Ordinal Association: Goodman and Kruskal's Gamma and Somers' dba and dab 1

Abstract

This paper describes a FORTRAN Extended computer program which computes Goodman and Kruskal's sample gamma and Somers' sample d_ba with column variable dependent and sample d_ab with row variable dependent. The program also provides associated standard errors, z-scores, and one- and two-tailed probability values.
