A FORTRAN V computer program was derived for the Univac 1100 Series Computer for clustering into hierarchical structures large matrices, up to 1000 × 1000 and larger, of interassociations between objects.
A description of the method, input medium and format, program options, output, and program size is provided. Estimating run time parameters are elaborated using test matrices of various sizes.
