Abstract
Although simulation techniques have been used extensively in certain disciplines, educational administration has been little affected by this mode of instruction. In the following article a model and rationale for gamed instructional simulation are set forth. The writer suggests that some of the most valuable learnings attributable to G. I. S. may not be the ones most readily apparent. Mr. Ohm is Associate Professor of Educational Administration at The University of Oklahoma.
