Abstract
Practically every state, since the Serrano Court decision, has instituted study connmissiorts to review and make recommeidations concerning their school finance model. In this article, the author contrasts the recommendations of the most significant commission reports with the traditional school finance models and a composite of the court criteria for a constitutional school finance model.
