Abstract
If members of teaching teams are to direct more of their energies toward learning processes rather than the interpersonal conflicts of the team, then factors associated with team cohesion must be identified. This study finds that homogeneity of belief systems, within teams as well as between the team and its leader, is significantly related to team morale.
