2. Several means were employed to measure individual growth of students in the Program. A series of pre and post tests were administered using standardized and non-standardized instruments. Thus, since it is possible to evaluate inferentially the program by examining "growth" or "change" in students, a third measure of program effectiveness is also open to evaluation of the program. This is not the subject of this article however.
