Frankfurt/New York, Campus, 1982, 311 pp. PhD thesis on the two most prominent German trade union economists. Naphtali was discussed in Chapter 3. Viktor Agartz was responsible for the economy of the Bi-zone of West Germany after the Second World War, and founder of the economic science research center (WWI) of the West German Trade Union Federation and its journal. He was dismissed from all his functions in 1956 for his alleged communist tendencies.
