Abstract
This is a report of an experiment in adapting the management principle of redundancy to treating delinquent children in a resi dential treatment facility. In management parlance, redundancy refers to the practice of increasing the possibilities of success in any activity by adding to the number of components, each of which has successively a smaller possibility of success but all of which, added together, have a much higher possibility of achieve ment.
