Abstract
Organized crime is a national evil that recognizes no boun daries. The main defense against it is the honest, forthright, competent, intelligent prosecutor who has the proper perspective of the duties and responsibilities of office, a selective and real istic discretion, an awareness of the handicaps in his path and the will to overcome these obstacles.
