Abstract
In the following article, Professor Sherry draws on previously published scholarship to analyze the travel agent-travel consumer relationship. The objective is to provide a balanced judgment that reflects the current state of the law in light of the interests and needs of both the travel agent and the traveler. Professor Sherry acknowl edges the research and editorial efforts of Ms. Mary Ann Thompson, Cornell Law '76, who assisted him ably in all stages of the article's preparation.
