Abstract
This article is based on presentations made by Major Fox and Major Dungan to participants attending Stage VI — Food Systems of the Fu ture (December 1967) and the Third Commer cial Airline Food Service Seminar (January 1968), held by the School of Hotel Administra tion, Cornell University. The U.S. Army Natick Laboratories may well have solved many prob lems of food service operators in their develop ment of new equipment and food production methods. — Ed.
