"Shall I Smoke?" " Smoking ... It's Up to You," "No Butts," and "Why Buy a Pack of Trouble?" are titles of booklets and posters being utilized in an experimental anti-smok ing educational project now in progress in Baltimore's largest high school. If these with other materials and technics succeed in cutting down on the smoking habits of these high school students, they will provide valuable in sights into measures to cope with one of the major health hazards of the United States .
