A 55 year old male with multiple health problems including decubitus ulcers required an adapted frame to hold Jobst hydrofloat cushions, Even though he bore weight on the decubitus ulcers while lying on the cushions, the pressure was relieved sufficiently to allow the ulcers to heal. By using the frame and cushions he was able to live without developing further ulcers during his last few months of life.
