En ergothérapie, l'evaluation du nystagmus peut s'avérer un outil important pour l'étude du système vestibulaire. Cet article décrit les composantes du système vestibulaire, les différents types de nystagmus ainsi que les principales méthodes d'évaluation du nystagmus. Suite à cette revue théorique, les auteurs présentent les facteurs pouvant influencer l'évaluation du nystagmus et discutent des implications de ceux-ci en ergothérapie.
