Some Effects of the Administrative Structure upon University Schools of Rehabilitation

Abstract

This paper describes the administrative ambiguity experienced by Queen's University School of Rehabilitation Therapy, and reviews the administrative structures of other Canadian university schools. The effects of these structures upon the academic development of therapist educators, and status and quality of programming are discussed and recommendations for future action are proposed.
