Abstract
Optimality of some rowcolumn designs are studied in this paper. Some ‘quotient’ block designs of Bagchi (1988) are used to obtain Eoptimal rowcolumn designs in the class of all connected rowcolumn designs. A result of Jacroux (1982) is generalized to obtain E-optimal binary rowcolumn designs.
