The authors report a case of clinically isolated left coronary ostial stenosis in a thirty-seven-year-old man as a manifestation of cardiovascular syphilis. Nota bly he was free of the usual risk factors for coronary artery disease, and the rest of the coronary tree was angiographically normal.
