A kidney transplant patient developed recurrent hypertension on two successive occasions associated with lesions of the renal artery. The first episode of hyper tension was caused by renal artery ste nosis and was surgically corrected; the second was caused by a sizable pseudo- aneurysm at the site of arterial anasto mosis which was resected, and arterial continuity was successfully re-estab lished.
