Fibromuscular dysplasia of the systemic artery and cerebral "berry" (sac cular) aneurysm are nonatheromatous lesions of uncertain etiology. The coexistence of these vascular disorders in the individual reported here is unusual and may provide a possible explanation of their pathogenesis.
