Marvin Rabin is professor emeritus at the University of Wisconsin in Madison and has taught for many years at the International String Workshop and American String Workshop. He received the Paul Rolland Lifetime Achievement Award from ASTA in 2001.

James Kjelland is also co-author of the string method book Strictly Strings, published by Alfred Publishing. He presents many workshops at conferences nationwide.

Jacquelyn Dillon is also co-author of the string method book Strictly Strings, published by Alfred Publishing. She presents many workshops at conferences nationwide. She received the Paul Rolland Lifetime Achievement Award from ASTA in 2000.
