Abstract
Extensive biographical information on Eastern European political elites was organized in an inverted file format to facilitate computer retrieval of specified elite subsets. Carl Beck is Professor of Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh, where Douglas Stewart is an Instructor in the Department of Sociology.
